Randall C. Bertz

Vietnam Veteran: Served in the United States Army Security Agency, a graduate of the U.S. Army Intelligence School and a combat veteran. A retired police officer from Los Angeles county. Attended East Los Angeles College, California State University at Fullerton, Western State University College of Law, and was admitted to the California Bar in 1988. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association; California Attorneys for Criminal Justice; West Orange County Bar Association; Newport-Harbor Bar Association; Deuce Defenders; and an Honorary Member of the Huntington Beach Police Officers Association.

Mr. Bertz is a veteran trial lawyer and a nationally recognized expert in the field of criminal defense. He has lectured to fellow attorneys throughout California, the United States and Europe. Mr. Bertz is also a published author in the area of Criminal Defense.
