Dear Prospective Client,
I am a retired police officer. I have been a criminal defense attorney for about 19 years. Because of my police background I have a unique understanding of the criminal justice system. My police training coupled with my legal expertise has allowed me to be a very successful advocate for my clients. My motto is "I fight to win."
Defending yourself in the court system can be a difficult challenge. When a person is arrested and charged with a crime, California Law requires that the accused attend all court appearances. Your failure to do so will result in a warrant being issued for your arrest. If your case is a misdemeanor, I can appear for you at all the court appearances. It is quite possible that I will be able to resolve your case to your satisfaction without you ever having to set foot in the courtroom.
I represent clients for driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, driving on a suspended license, Department of Motor Vehicles matters, theft and fraud, assault and battery, concealed weapons, burglary, robbery, domestic violence, probation violations, drugs, solicitation, warrants, juvenile cases and all other criminal matters..
The penalties for driving under the influence of alcohol and or drugs can be very severe. They may include a jail sentence, suspension, revocation or restriction of your driver’s license and a substantial fine and other penalties.
It is very important that you speak with an attorney as soon as possible after your arrest. It is possible that the police may have done something wrong which could result in the charges against you being either dismissed or reduced. It is necessary that we contact the Department of Motor Vehicles within 10 DAYS of your arrest to request a formal hearing to prevent the automatic suspension of your driving privileges.
I will represent you in court and at the Department of Motor Vehicles hearing. You may reach me 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
I accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Diners Club. I also have convenient payment plans available.
I maintain only one office so that I can personally work on your case. I represent clients in courts all over this state. To schedule an appointment, simply call me at (714) 960-8309.
If you want to be fully informed of your legal rights and you want an attorney who will fight for your rights, call me. I will aggressively represent you in court. I will give your case the personal attention it needs. Your problem is my problem. I will handle your case as if it were my own. That is what I would expect and you should not settle for anything less. I offer a free consultation; there is never a charge to talk to me.
Very truly yours,
